Substitution is a really really bad deal and needs to be fixed. SUB has ALWAYS turned out to be a bad deal for me, usually going from a great trip to something worse than reserve. Remember these three letters O-T-P (decline SUB)! DO NOT let the flesh peddlers have their way with you -- **** 'em! OTP pays @ 125% and your pay protected for the current bid month + 2 months.
I think it's 110% and OTP works great if you have a 6 or 12 hour trip. But it's hard to do with a 40 to 70 hour trip. It sucks not matter how you do it!
