It is only my opinion, but I don't think at this point there should be any trade-offs. Any contract change should be the company giving to us, for nothing in return. Everything should be a no vote unless it is given to us for free. This company has shown over and over again that they will not offer improvements unless they feel they need to. And if
they need the improvements, then we don't have to pay for them. If they need the improvements to guarantee staffing, then let them give us the improvements for nothing in return.
