For example I have in my pref to award 1-3 day GS. I don't have the award if in sim or on duty box checked. What I don't want to happen is to get a 2 or 3 day GS assigned to me on wed. Am I missing something here? Just put Sunday - Wednesday in your GS template. They will not award you a GS outside of your requested dates.
If you want to be selective about accepting a GS within your parameters, just let it go to voicemail and check your message ASAP and decide if you want it.
If its within the days you are requesting a GS - it is not a proffer, but they can't force a GS on you outside of your request - that is a whole different animal that goes by the name of inverse assignment.
