We haven't been offered anywhere near industry standard pay rates, retirement, insurance, job protections, etc, so why should we consider concessionary scheduling language that would allow the company to fly us more, give us less days off, eliminate soft time, and continue to build inefficient schedules while reducing the staffing need?
