Also, per PSA's commuter policy a pilot has to be listed as a nonrevenue passenger on at least two flights (primary and a backup) with available seats scheduled to arrive before your assignment. A 2-leg adds to the complexity of this requirement. Doable, but it adds more time to your commute.
Thank you. Now the second big question on commuting and reserve time. Where do you stay while on reserve and commuting? As I understand, it is usually five days on and three days off while pulling reserve. Does the five days on come out of my pocket for hotel stays?
