1. Base locations
2. Seniority progression
3. Pay/benefits
4. Ability to fly widebody intl

I don’t hold any sort of grudge for guys leaving. More power to them. I highly considered it at one time. This hiring environment should be celebrated, not viewed with some sort of contempt for those who choose to better their situation.
