That's where I drew the line and said no thanks, at that point I had already talked to other airlines and found employment elsewhere. I was on the horn with SAPA throughout the whole process. Great guys as well, just an unfortunate outcome. I am very very lucky that this happened now, and not 10 years ago because that would have been all she wrote on my airline career. In fact I'm sure I'll be a regional lifer now, explaining that story will be quite the headwind at a major interview down the road

SkyWest is a great place that has great crews and the training is top notch, just be careful if you're a commuter. The lack of any union protection and the "mood" of management on a daily basis is not a good thing IMHO. Just my .02. I'm now returning to my lurker status before I get trolled by the obvious people in this community
