If United wants these ERJs flown then they'll need to do something. Commutair cant even staff the ones that they have (not sure how air whisky is doing). Frankly, the only thing that will save this place and motivate pilots to stay or come would be a no bs flow-thru. Otherwise we'll be shutdown sometime in 2018 with 100+/month going out the door. You can't lose that many and only get 5 new hires/month and be sustainable.
I was told today that some AQP was postpone not sure if it was lack of instructors are simulators . He didn't know just they put it off tell next month.
