PS isn't a horrible place to work, but for the amount of work you guys do (and I did for 5 years) you are far underpaid. Anyone that stays at PS that has an ATP and is under 30 years old is crazy. Get the hell out and get a seniority number at an airline. Doing BED-ACK-BED 5 times in a single engine airplane isn't doing your career any good.

Oh, and if I had a $1 for every time I get a text or phone call from someone still at PS that wants to get out but can't afford the pay cut cause their lack of multi time means they have to take a step back in a career, I'd be a millionaire.
