If DFW is your hope, good luck on the 175.. cause it is going to be an uphill battle . .the 145 probably going to be better for you. . .or go to Mesa and be a CRJ driver in DFW, but you get the suck that goes with Mesa (really, either one has their own version of suck). I was going to go to Envoy, for the better DFW QOL, but quickly realized that was NOT going to happen. and I'm an older 121 guy. ORD would have been the base for a while.
Go ahead and research Mesa 's new pay, workrules and contract. Not the Mesa of Yesterday!
Times have and are changing. Last years Mesa is not the Mesa of Nov 2017. Not here to Regional bash, but Envoys **** stinks too, esp Rsv rules , forced upgrades, etc...
