Frankly he, I and others have changed how much we really trust the others we are working with. It really is sad, this place was a lot of fun not too long ago. Everyone going to dinner/drinks and sharing funny/embarrassing moments but now it’s slam click and keep your nose clean. As I started with I’m not pointing fingers, but the rumors against one another are getting ridiculous, true or otherwise. From pilots and FAs. I for one really try to shut up anyone who has a damaging rumor they are trying to spread. At the end of the day we are all trying to be better and move on. And CAs, FOs, FAs. If you disagree, please go fly cooperate. As far as the millennial comment. My dude, the old crusty guys who have the same attitude you do are the worst. Believe me. Thinking they are all high and mighty. I query, if they are why are they here?
That's sad. So far I've been lucky not to have flown with someone who I at least feel like they'd tell me their gonna report something before they do it. I'm sure captains are more exposed to this since they get the CP calls. Hopefully it's just a small percentage of people here that are snitches and it's not a growing thing. I've always felt that the guy next to me in the cockpit is in the same situation as I am and there's no reason to jeopardize each other's future, at least until we get to a major.
