I’m not here to point fingers but my buddy and a genuine good guy/pilot got snitched on and was pulled off a trip. Call me crazy but looking at him and a lot of others getting the chief pilot talking to it would appear that there is a rift forming in within our group and I for one think it’s creating a problem of trust. Frankly he, I and others have changed how much we really trust the others we are working with. It really is sad, this place was a lot of fun not too long ago. Everyone going to dinner/drinks and sharing funny/embarrassing moments but now it’s slam click and keep your nose clean. As I started with I’m not pointing fingers, but the rumors against one another are getting ridiculous, true or otherwise. From pilots and FAs. I for one really try to shut up anyone who has a damaging rumor they are trying to spread. At the end of the day we are all trying to be better and move on. And CAs, FOs, FAs. If you disagree, please go fly cooperate. As far as the millennial comment. My dude, the old crusty guys who have the same attitude you do are the worst. Believe me.
