It's a good gesture, but not really that generous. I wonder how many actually get used?

Holiday pay would be in the incredibly generous category. How about no S2B passes and holiday meals at hubs for the office cadre and the few pilots who are passing through with more than a 50 minute turn in exchange for premium pay on holidays?
