Have you ever considered that maybe Skywest is trying to stay competitive for four major partners instead of throwing profit money at new people with no experience and will bail in a year? Yeah, that's smart. Let's throw huge bonuses to people who will leave and go elsewhere. Then when the roller coaster heads back down hill again in the next economic crash, Skywest will have to stop hiring or look at furloughs. Thats real smart business.
What all you guys don't understand about Endeavor (since that supposedly seems to be the top dog of today's regionals) is that Delt can at ANYTIME drop them like a hot rock and they'd be on the street looking for a job. Skywest isn't perfect by any means, but it's a freskin' subcontractor airline.
