No, actually I'm not mad at Skywest. I get tired of young, inexperienced, thumbsucking whiners coming from instructing in 172s to jets complaining about the job they're hired to do. Too bad they can't see how good they have it now. I wish we'd go back to the days of having to have 3,000 plus hours TT and 1,000 multi before even getting looked at. Weed out the little babies from the ones who've worked their butts off building hours and experience.
Listen i get where you’re coming from I do. I’m just saying that we need to all support eachother as a whole and standup for better pay at the regional level like we all deserve. I’m not a SkyWest guy and I respect y’all a ton, I wish nothing but the best for you guys. I just want to see better pay and QOL improvements for us all in the regional industry while we’re all here even if it’s a short time. Sure new guys are taking advantage of it and don’t respect what has been done in the past for them to have an easier life now but theres no reason we can’t all be paid good wages while building our time here, atleast hear me out on that.
