^^^Exactly! Didn't the FA's just get their PS back because "we're all DAL employees and we should all be treated the same?" Holiday pay should be an easy win for us in the next contract based on the company line when they reinstated the PS for the FA's. If we're going to work for the same rate on major holidays, the company shouldn't have the ability to "may deny regardless of reserve levels" IVD's and APD's 2 days prior and 1 day after major holidays. We're giving up 4 days of schedule flexibility for every ONE day that the company declares a holiday. Let's level the playing field on the next contract.
The other employees are going to love it when they start getting 16% in their retirement plan! Unless of course the company demands we go down to their percentage to level the field!
