I would rather have an industry of professionals who refuse to work for crumbs and expect more pay and better QOL. That may just be what turns this industry around.
I’m actually a fan of this new mentality of expecting improvements or they are willing to leave for greener pastures.
I'm no fan of management of any airline, but I'm pretty sure they won't let the tail wag the dog at this airline. Best anyone can do if they don't like this turd TA is get what they need and move on. Waste of time staying here trying to change things.
