So....with your theory Delta used Comair to lower the bar and get the Regional flying the cheapest possible, right?
Do you now claim that the same Delta is using Endevour to raise the cost for pilot’s att the Regional level? Why would Delta want more expensive Regional flying? You are wrong and you know it. You also know that everything you write is to back whatever management is doing at any given moment. You do not hold the pilot’s interests first and you prove it over and over. Your management that you so eaguer believe you support is disconnected with the current times and Chip and all other that are trying to maximize the profits by saving on crew salaries will very well taking this company down. The bigger we are the harder we fall and the only thing that I believe can take Skywest down is Staffing issues. If you do not see that in today’s Regional market then you are completely disconnected with reality. Claiming that we are painting Endevour as an ideal company has no substance or meaning and fills no purpose. Endevour TA is what Skywest will have to compete with and that is now reality. You will have no profit at all if you do not understand that you need pilot’s to produce that. Open your eyes. We are not against the company, on the contrary we care and would like to save it from dumb disconnected people that will if they continue put our jobs and Company in question.
