Most likely they'll be discussing that monday... how to maximize additional money directed at junior FO's while minimizing any associated raises to the more senior folks.
Sounds like management has the best of both worlds with this arrangement. They have pilots locked into a five year deal but get to change it on a whim to suit only the pilots it suits them to throw temporary bonuses.
So why do you guys continue to do this every time?
