You need to read more of my resent post... regionals are “regionals” step that stone!! Get out!! Im part of that “lost generation” that basically got paused for 10 year. Actually worked out for me. Im a free bird soon. Kids grown, and time has come to move on. Glad i got stuck were i did.. go to the regional that best fits your life for the next 5 years. And move on plan and simple... im in the west so Endeavor pay wouldn’t temp me as a new guy. Geographics would.. because in 5 years the new guys will be at Majors. So who care what a 10 year Endeavor air captain makes.. (only the people that get stuck do)
