Your traded 100 growth aircraft (is it really 100?) for locking yourself into a five year deal with 6% pay raises? Do you honestly believe that, however many aircraft have been announced, was going to be held back by a non-binding pay deal for at-will pilot employees?

And the question still remains if these supposed growth aircraft will be able to be staffed considering other regionals’ (not just endeavor) pay, bonuses, career progression provisions, fast upgrades or combination thereof. If Skywest cannot, they simply park the 53 crj200s that only need 30-120 days notice (as opposed to the multi-year CPAs all the other aircraft are tied to).

As for the pay scale years of service, I rather be topped out at 15 years (or less) than needing an additional 3 years to get to the rate endeavor pilots are getting. Also, you mention your vacation, how is that dismal accrual? Still bottom of the industry? That alone would increase EVERYONE’s QOL if only it was brought up to industry standard in the last pay package.

You make the point that this pay package is better for you. It sounds like it may well be and that’s fine. But that wasn’t your point earlier when you were telling all of us to reserve judgement on your pay package until and if the endeavor TA was voted in. That wasn’t an argument that it was better for you.

Lastly, if your $10-15k bonuses (at your 20 YOS $121/hr) is in any way tied to performance and or profit, then it can never be counted on. That was the whole point of the endeavor TA, to convert non-guaranteed bonuses into contractual, legally binding, pay rates for everyone.
