I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s disappointing when this pilot group repeatedly underperforms in the one area that the most successful regional ever should allow them to succeed. No one is talking about being unreasonable. Republic was the first to go with their vastly increased pay rates, despite your doom and gloom of pilots getting paid fairly. Skywest was next and passed. Now endeavor got their huge pay raises. Right now, Skywest is the outlier, the other way around. Even if you look at all the other regionals, they all have a combination of either retention/signing bonuses, high pay rates, career progression, and fast upgrade. Skywest isn’t far from having three of those. I believe that this pay package will be insufficient and they’ll come back and up the ante for new hires. And that was the basis of my comment of management having the best of both worlds.




And my point was that that wasn’t your argument before the endeavor TA passed. Now you are singing a different tune.

By the way, it was you who agreed with me with how pathetic your vacation and sick accrual is compared with all the other regionals. Now you’ve changed your tune on that as well?
