Quicktrade says it will sometimes allow it, but if it doesn't then to do the RF, but the app says since the window is closed you cannot send the RF. Would sending it manual work or is everything prior to the 27th at noon, full or partial, getting denied? For some reason I was thinking we could get it if it was a full trip.
