The buzz is growing all over the country. Our recruiting numbers at ENY will drop slightly I'm sure. Hard to make predictions but I've seen ENY over the years make slow decisions, often reactionary rather than assertive leadership. Maybe it's the whole AA managing 3/WO thing & leadership structure. I don't know. I do know that trends don't lie, people do. Historical trend and data are not deceptive, words from people in mgmt are.

Going to EDV & Delta is a no brainer decision. DL/EDV takes good care of its people & they have much better pay & QOL than Eagle/ENY. Hell most of the other WO have better QOL & RSV rules also.

Let's "grow grow grow" huh?

"We have the flow"

You will not need the flow starting next year through the next 8yrs. Remember, if industry takes a dive due to economic or global damnation, NOBODY will flow or get hired by any big 6 major! Has the lightbulb turned on yet? Chase the QOL/Money/Base, not unknown wet dream or flows. It's nice back pocket, that's all. Look back at how management behaved historically when times were tough & good, flow is no guarantee when simple contract language & sprit of the contracts are being violated. #Truth
Based on some of the projections I’ve seen from AA regarding their retirements, even if the US or global economy took a major hit to a point that historically they would consider furloughing they simply can’t. And in fact it is likely that they wouldn’t even be able to stop hiring for very long depending on exactly when a hypothetical event took place. The numbers are staggering.
