Not in the cards near-term, there's nothing happening in congress or at the FAA.

But it's an obvious and easy patch a few years down the road... lowering experience requirements is controversial at best. Letting experienced pilots stick around a bit longer is easy to justify if you can show statistically that 67 y/o pilots today are healthier than 60 y/o pilots were decades ago (when the age limit came about). Especially since Japan is already there.
