Just because the newest CA's have been here for 6 years doesn't mean it's going to take 6 years to upgrade if you came to ZW now. There are some pretty big time gaps in the seniority list.
They've been saying the same statement "upgrades are 18-24 months" for over 12 months, and the lastest upgrade was 4 years+ seniority. NO ONE is upgrading in 18-24 months. Period.
