In reference to the attrition... I know in my class everyone has got through sims with the exception of one guy who came from another airline and I think we had 6-8 RTP guys and all got through. In the class behind us I heard they lost over half of their guys from failures (before sims) and a few during sims. Not sure what happened there or how you fail out before sims considering it’s very “CRM” based.
On the base award subject, that’s exactly what happened. I got based in DAY initially, then DCA, now CLT but my effective date is 02 MAR 18 so in theory it will take me around 6mo to hold SCR in CLT but hey those spreadsheets are estimates and not company made so there has to be room for error/fluctuation
