A grievance was filed. Probably long before it gets to the system board the company will pay the appropriate check airman who should have flown the 3 flights and the issue will be resolved.
This makes sense for an honest mistake/error but if they knowingly and purposefully violate the contract, even though they did not have to, the above proposed solution seems woefully inadequate.
