I've been here over two years and was awarded an upgrade in the last vacancy bid which was about 5 months ago. At that point the award went lower in seniority than me. However since I was hired they have hired a lot and I have well over 100 below me. So at one time that might have been true but now with so many new hires if you come on board you probably will not see the left seat for awhile. But on the other hand show me a job where a new hire can make well over 100k their first year. With our DOS+1 coming up on the 20th first year FO pay will be $106.63 per hour. Not that bad.
