The big problem now is that more and more pilots have their GAS meters pegged at or below zero. The longer the company drags out contract negotiations, the more pilots get to a point of no return. Their GAS meters will be permanently damaged. That would be bad news for a company that prides itself on customer relations.

JFK320FO here and this is what I’ve seen with the VAST majority of Captains I’ve flown with... Completely understandable. Only gonna get worse until we get the contract we have earned/deserve!
