Should I send my resume now or wait till they are actively hiring FO’s ? Just don’t want to end up on the bottom of a pile of resumes.

We hire pilots into the right seat of our E120s with that kind of time. Just depends on how much PIC and multi time you have.

You can PM me with your resume and fill out an online application on Ameriflight.com.

Also, once you reach 800TT, you are eligible for our "time building to captain" program. Again, we would need to evaluate your other times (point to point cross country, night and IMC) that would be required for part 135 IFR captains.

And just so there is no confusion, we don't transfer pilots back and forth in these programs. If you come in as an E120 FO, you would stay flying the 120 until you have the hours to transfer to a BE99 captain. Since you are already building time in the 120, you don't need to transfer to the 99 FO program.
