I somewhat disagree. You definitely won't need RST or any technical help but it is a good idea to invest some of your money for HR interview prep. I personally used ECIC but some went for Cage as well. Based on the fact that they want to hire someone who want to stay, I think you'll know how to prepare yourself using either one.
