Yes I realize that. But the reason it is taking so long to get these planes spun up is because they were not looked over very well in China. Its taking ALOT to get them up to FAA/United standards. That cost is going to be absorbed by the leasing agency.
The cost of the interiors is a fixed cost that is already known, not something that would surprise United and cause a second guessing of an aircraft purchase/lease.
