This might not be the right thread but how does the pay rates work. When it says captains start off at 12 year pay are they starting at 94 or is 68 considered 12 year pay. Also, does a 3 year FO go to year one captain pay or year 3?

Captains do not start at 12 year pay. That’s the maximum.
A 3 year FO who upgrades would make year 3 Captain pay.
