If you're at Piedmont, let the training folks know if you're available on short notice.
As for PRIA, there's a lot of bad information out there. The only thing that is reported is your training record and any performance related disciplinary issues. Nothing more and nothing less. Check the box and you'll get a copy of what has been sent.
As for back channel communications, I wouldn't worry about that coming from a large company. Too much liability.
