I agree with some have said regarding the interview prep in some people's cases not being worth it .
HOWEVER , what if you don't get that job ? What if the interview didn't go well for what ever reason. You WOULDN'T be able to tell your self that you did everything you possibly could to prep for it . What's 400 bones for what potentially could be a massive jump in pay and quality of life (depending) where you're coming from.
I did recruiting at various functions and I could normally tell pretty quickly who prepaired and who didn't , the prepped didn't sound fake or have candid answers but well versed and well spoken , sometimes that's all it takes .
No offense to those who didn't do it and got through the interview . That's great .
But for those seeking to get hired. Just do the prep , you may look back and say "meh , wasn't really worth it " fine so be it , but at least you did all that you could .
