When are you all going to realize Boeing complaint is about dumping. they do not have to make a competing product, in number of seats, if a manufacturer is selling an aircraft at 1/3 the cost to manufacture. Boeing has no issue with the CSeries if Delta pays a reasonable amount for them. Sure they can discount them, but not as much as they did.

They do in Feb have to show they were financially harmed in order for the Tariffs to be collected. If you don't make a competing product it raises the bar substantially for proving harm.
