Well, their previous scheme to transfer flying to the cheapest bottom feeder possible has kept them flying for now. It's painfully obvious they don't give two rips about a quality operator as long as they get the flying done for Mesa prices.

I think this is precisely what will happen. While Brad Holt told us that pilots aren't as smart as they think they are, we're also not blind either. By my estimates, the DAL operation will implode by summer, and without any REAL growth, the ERJ will follow suit possibly by early 2019. It's gonna take more than $10k and a junk CPP to keep most of us dumb pilots around.
