Exactly. So we'd then be under contract for 5 years with a watered down CBA but with an hourly rate that looks respectable (ie 20% less than American's). Our senior Captains would still make less than UPS/FedEx FOs and would probably still leave. I'm a 747 Captain and will leave if offered a job from Delta, United, FedEx, American or UPS even IF we get a "Kalitta Plus $1 Contract". I do love my job at Atlas though and we do have a great bunch of guys. The job is fun, it just has terrible pay, retirement, Scope and work rules. It's very hard on my family.
