At Kalitta you will absolutely work less days. 15-17 days sounds correct. If we end up in Arbitration with the "Kalitta Plus $1 Contract" I'm expecting that I would work an extra day a month than I currently do- at least. But if it's really a "Kalitta Plus $1 Contract" then why wouldn't you get the best part of that contract which is the "15 work days + 2 travel days"? I'm confused as to why you you think you'd work an extra day with the Kalitta+$1 when it's "15 work days + 2 travel days" compared to "18 work days + (potentially 2 travel days)" that you currently have?
