Endeavor isn't getting paid much more than they were before, it's just been rolled into hourly instead of bonuses.
I think it’s still a huge jump forward to have that pay realized as contractual pay rates instead of a temporary bonus.
That being said, I’m sure other airlines won’t see improvements until they stop filling classes.
