The stink is real. FOs with zero PIC get called from other regionals. At Mesa, you better be a multi-thousand hour captain with a good resume to have a chance with a legacy.
I can’t think of a single multi-thousand hour CA with a good resume who has gotten hired by a legacy. Most Mesa pilots are young that I see leaving to legacies.
I think legacies are really suspicious of any Mesa CA who has been here longer than they should have been.
