Honestly any FO at NJA is not crazy to consider a regional but it all depends. An LCC is a no brainer for ANY FO. The money is there any way you slice the compensation comparison between NJA and any ULCC/LCC/Major/Legacy, NJA can never come out on top on paper. Regionals are bridging the gap to NJA at a very fast rate, and NJA has no intention or understanding of what’s going on.

I don’t think NetJets will have trouble finding people but they will have to relax their standards. Hell several of the guys in the pool here turned down the second interview. It is NOT the market to be jerking around potential new hires.

Maybe FLYLOW22 can come in and show more pictures of FBO candy to recruit pilots...
