If the price is right.... after all, XJT has been losing money like crazy. An elegant way to get out of it for INC. I bet that UA will take a minority share with INC still owning the rest and some sweet earn out for INC if and when certain performance metrics are met.
It also remains to be seen what the deal will look like. The UA stake at C5 doesn't seem to work any wonders.
