Thanks, I was thinking the same. The question is Envoy going to shoot themselves in the foot again or will they take the proactive action? I mean the bonuses is their solution to attracting new pilots to here. Now that flow is 9 years and backwards. They would be crazy to not extend the bonuses unless they increase pay rates.

I think we all remember the classes of five and six and three, and it wasn't until the bonuses happened that we've seen the hiring that we're seeing. If mgmt is really going to wait until classes start to dwindle, it's a very bad idea. They'll have lots of guys jumping ship before they even set foot in Irving, and it would be smart to get ahead of that. Banking on a nine year flow and expiring bonuses to attract new hires is a pretty terrible plan, even for this crew.
