This could possibly be interpreted many ways.....
I don't know, but I'd assume any major disruption to Atlanta has trickle down effects felt throughout the rest of the system. I'd imagine that a flight or two out west or up north could be cancelled which could ruin somebody's planned commute. PS seems reasonable.
