Easy to commute in day one. Summer time I picked up a lot and broke guarantee. Winter time I have flown very little (and managed to get a few hours add pay for un-used short calls). Sitting short call from the crashpad in EWR isn't the worst. Very rarely used on short call in EWR (320). Never been called for a trip while on field standby. Managed to stay home several days a month on long call but it's rare.
