Yep, pretty much.
A direct flow could be 25%-35% of all UAL newhires coming from the direct flow... they will still control 75% or so of their hiring from Off the Street...
Currently, their controlling 25% hiring from XJT, 10% from C5, and how much from AWAC? And that will basically stay that way into 2019.
I have heard most of guys got the thumbs up on the 2nd time around anyway.
That's good to hear if it's the case. But it's only been what? A few that have had the actual round 2?
But the word "flow" to new hires.. that sounds good. I also wouldnt be shocked to see United throw Xjt some extra money to boost the signing bonus for new hires.
True.
If you want to see what will happen "IF it does" just look how Envoy is setup with AA and thats where Kirby came from.
Who knows? Who's to say it won't be anything more than what Commutair has?
