The Pilot Shortage is just gathering steam, like when u go to the beach and notice the ocean receding severely, so you run to the edge of the water, and then see what looks like a high wave in the distance. The Pilot Shortage will force all carriers to offer Industry Standard contracts, or be irrelevant.
