I'm getting close to making the jump to the airlines and weighing all my options for ORD-based carriers. I'd also have roughly ~18 months in the cadet program if I end up going to SKYW (supposedly that affects company profit sharing or company bonuses). SkyWest seems to be the most stable regional, but Envoy and Air Wisconsin are tempting.
With what Endeavor has to offer, you would be crazy to come to SkyWest. Plus they have a real contract and they pay real block, not some made up flight time that only benefits the company.
