I do know CF, yes he is a "good guy" We were new hires together. I believe he would be a fine representative of our group. I do agree with others on this thread, why withdraw just because another "good guy" entered the race? I believe if you both make your "reasons" why you want the job known, the group can decide our rep. .02 worth
